Company: Industry leaders within the large format print and display industry.
Role: Responsible for assisting the Project Management team to coordinate the project lifecycle for large format print and display solutions.
Liaising and communicating directly with clients is extremely important, by way of face-to-face meetings, email and / or telephone conversations.
Serve as a day-to-day contact
Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and exhibitions
Processing work orders and managing project work flows
Reviewing and organising of surveys
Learn to prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) under supervision
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Requirements:
Proven working experience in project management - preferably within the large format print and display industry
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team collaboration skills
