The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative / Driver / Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy production and logistics team. This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties, local deliveries, and forklift operation — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move materials and finished goods within the warehouse and production areas.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training can be provided if needed).

• Carry out local deliveries and collections using company vehicles.

• Assist with packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and delivery notes.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

• Support the production team with general duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or driving role.

• A valid UK driving licence (essential); forklift licence (preferred but not essential).

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move materials safely.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help across departments.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.

• An interest in graphics and print would be a real advantage, especially for those looking to grow within a creative production environment.
