Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior Adaptive Designer to join our clients team in Bradford or Berkhamsted.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines the creativity of a designer with the technical expertise of an artworker. You’ll be a confident, passionate designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine love of packaging. You’ll know how to take a creative idea and adapt it intelligently across different sizes, structures, materials and production requirements without ever losing the magic of the original concept.

• Leading adaptive rollout projects across major brands  
• Creating adaptive foundations, guidelines and range reviews 
• Supporting and mentoring other team members  
• Working closely with our Design Director and Client Services teams 
• Presenting and confidently championing your ideas
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining an exceptional standard.

Requirements:

• Strong packaging and branding experience  
• A keen eye for detail, typography and consistency  
• Excellent understanding of print and production processes  
• The confidence to challenge briefs and propose solutions  
• Experience of working with brand guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across multiple formats.
A background in packaging, retail, or FMCG brand implementation
A team player attitude who enjoys some fun along the way!
