Role: To take responsibility for a series of client relationships and ensure that they are managed to their fullest potential: - To take responsibility for delivering excellence in terms of quality of work, optimising fees and efficiency - To be the catalyst for client fee growth - To act as the client representative and to actively support the client lead in delivering identified client projects to the highest possible standards

• Be the owner of the day-to-day client relationship and their key entry point into the business.
  
• Manage client expectations: always meet and preferably exceed.
• Ensure you present yourself and our work to the highest possible professional standards.
  
• Have a point of view on the client’s brands and business.
  
• Seek out ways to grow the relationship you have with your clients: grow the value of existing relationships and build new ones. 
  
• Maximise profit and revenue.
  
• Run entire projects (under the guidance of the project lead) through to delivery and manage client expectations.
  
• Ensure that all work related material that leaves the building is of the highest possible standard.
  
• Ensure that administrative tasks are completed to the highest possible standards.
  
• Communicate all account developments to your manager.
  
• Attend meetings on time and be prepared to contribute.
  

Requirements:

• Packaging industry experience - food and beverage
• Proven account / project management within an agency / design or packaging manufacturers
• Have good knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging
• Technical knowledge or printing processes - print and packaging
• Good understanding of design and artwork processes
• Team collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask
• Ensure good attention to detail.
• Be flexible and hardworking
